Workshops historie

Workshop Staffing & Competence AS was established in 2005.

We started with a small office in Oslo and five employees. In 2011, we acquired Mesterjobb Bemanning AS and MK Montasje AS, and in January 2012, all three companies were co-located at our current headquarters in Oslo.

In April 2013, Workshop became part of ManpowerGroup.

Since the beginning, we’ve experienced continuous growth and have established several branch offices:

We now have 10 branches across Norway and a dedicated recruitment office in Poland.

At our peak, we have had 950 employees on assignment. Construction and civil engineering have always been our main focus areas, but in recent years we’ve also expanded into the industrial sector. We are proud to be the first staffing agency in construction and civil engineering to be approved as a "Revised Employer" in Norway. We’ve held this approval since January 2014.
